Description: Artist Michael Kalish will display some of his work at the event. Michael is a world famous American artist known for his portraits (made entirely from license plates) and Americana. www.michaelkalish.com Recently, he finished a 30-foot tall “portrait” of Muhammad Ali’s face made entirely from over 3,000 punching bags suspended from a three-dimensional frame. The work debuted earlier this year in the public area outside the Nokia Theater and the Staples Center, and is now traveling the world.
